Meet our doctors!
Drs. Kazemi and Singh were classmates and friends while attending UC Berkeley School of Optometry. A year after graduation, they decided to work together, and in 1997 bought the practice from a retiring doctor. Both our eye doctors love what they do and enjoy serving the diverse community of the Richmond District and beyond.
Surveen Singh, O.D.
Dr. Singh graduated from UC Berkeley School of Optometry, the number one ranked optometry school in the nation. After graduation, she did research on low vision in India for 6 months. She has served as president and continuing education coordinator for the San Francisco Optometric Society. She has a special interest in children's vision and difficult contact lens fittings. Due to her exposure to the Russian community, she now understands and can speak a bit of Russian.
Dr. Singh has two young boys and enjoys photography, traveling and spending time with her family.

Isabel Kazemi, O.D.
Dr. Kazemi also graduated from the UC Berkeley School of Optometry, the top ranked optometry school in the nation. She emigrated from Russia as a child and is fluent in Russian. Dr. Kazemi has a special interest in difficult contact lens fittings, geriatric care and general optometry.
She has two children and enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time with her family.
