Our Staff

Elaine has been our front desk coordinator and receptionist for over 14 years.  She is often the friendly voice you hear on the phone and the pleasant smile that greets you when you walk in the door.  She can help with appointments, contact lenses and insurance questions.

Sonia started with our practice about 10 years ago and is an expert frame stylist and the Manager of our optical department.  She will make sure you see well and look great! She knows what type of frames and lenses work best for each individual's facial structure, style and prescription.  Let her transform and update your look.

Yelena has been our receptionist for over 7 years and is there for you if you have questions about your insurance, need urgent care, or need to schedule an appointment.  Her friendly voice will help you with your needs over the phone and in the office.  She also assists with pre-testing.

Julia has worked for us for over 2 years and is another friendly face at our front desk.  She can help you with appointments and helps with some pre-testing during your eye examination. She also helps Dr. Singh with translation for our many Russian-speaking patients.

Abigail is one of the newest members of the Richmond Vision Care family.  She comes to us with several years of experience and is very knowledgeble about all the new high tech lenses.  Patients love her low key attitude and her eye for style.  Abigail has completed additional education and is a Certified Paraoptometric Assistant (CPOA).
