Dr. Surveen Singh

Dr. Singh graduated from UC Berkeley School of Optometry, the number one ranked optometry school in the nation. After graduation, she did research on low vision in India for 6 months. She has served as president and continuing education coordinator for the San Francisco Optometric Society. She has a special interest in children's vision and difficult contact lens fittings.

Dr. Singh has two young boys and enjoys photography, traveling and spending time with her family.

Dr. Isabel Kazemi

Dr. Kazemi also graduated from the UC Berkeley School of Optometry, the top ranked optometry school in the nation. She emigrated from Russia as a child and is fluent in Russian. Dr. Kazemi has a special interest in difficult contact lens fittings, geriatric care and general optometry.

She has two young children and enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time with her family.

Our Wonderful Staff

The staff at Richmond Vision Care is are very highly trained in all aspects of eyecare. They are routinely sent to education seminars to learn about the latest in lens technology. They discuss all options with patients and then determine which eyeglass lens and frame options are best suited for each individual's occupational, leisure and sports needs. We do not "sell" to our patients but rather make personalized recommendations for each individual. Our staff genuinely cares about each and every patient!
